The difference between tea and infusions, is that at no tea leaf is used in infusions. These blends can consist of herbs, plants or flowers. Think of flavours like camomile, mint or star mix. Another well-known herbal infusion is Rooibos. This infusion consists of the needles of the Aspalathus Linearis plant, which only grows in South Africa.
